INTRODUCTION

The SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus has led to the emergence of a new disease called COVID-19, which has become a global pandemic.

Its highly contagious nature, the absence of a 100% effective vaccine and the number of deaths it has caused make it imperative to define and implement measures to minimise the risk of transmission of the disease, in accordance with the scientific knowledge available at a given time, as well as the measures determined by the competent authorities.

This contingency plan is the result of a prior analysis of the health risks associated with the tourism service provided, the assessment of these risks and the conclusions drawn from them. These actions were carried out by Fremap for the following activities:

Provision of accommodation services
Provision of maintenance and rehabilitation services

RISK AND EMERGENCY WORKING GROUP

The working group set up to manage the risk of infection by the SARS-CoV-2 virus is composed of

Carry out the risk assessment and draw conclusions.
Based on these conclusions, design the measures to be included in the contingency plan, which may consider several phases of evolution with possible restrictions.
Implement the emergency plan, depending on the size and complexity of the establishment, and supervise compliance with it, evaluating its effectiveness and modifying it if necessary, depending on its demonstrated effectiveness.
Ensure that workers, IF ANY, receive sufficient and appropriate information and training in the implementation of the emergency plan.

The committee meets regularly on a bi-monthly basis, as well as at the request of any of its members.

In the event that a person exhibits symptoms consistent with COVID-19, the following actions should be taken:

Workers
A surgical mask should be put on
You will be removed from work
You will remain isolated at home
The occupational risk prevention department will be informed (contact tracing and management, IT request and follow-up of detection tests).
Laboratory tests for SARS-CoV-2 infection will be carried out according to the guidelines established by the health authorities, depending on the availability and characteristics of the available tests.
If the test result is negative, you can return to work.
If the test result is positive and the symptomatology does not require hospitalisation, home isolation for 14 days will be performed.
If necessary, a laboratory test will be carried out 7 days after the onset of symptoms, provided that there is no fever without the need for antipyretics and that there has been an improvement in respiratory symptoms during the last 3 days.
If the test is negative and the worker returns to work, a surgical mask must be worn for 14 days from the onset of symptoms, avoiding contact with those considered vulnerable to COVID-19 during this period.
If the test is positive, isolation should be continued until 14 days have elapsed.
In general, it should be borne in mind that this is a very exceptional health situation, even with the declaration of a state of emergency, which means that some of the criteria for action under labour law that are normally applied may be interpreted differently, both by employees and by the company itself.
Clients

If any of our clients report that they are beginning to feel symptoms, they will be asked to remain in their flat, isolated from the rest of the people who share it with them, notifying the Oropesa del Mar medical centre so that it can establish the measures to be taken. If workers have been in contact with the affected persons without protection for more than 15 minutes, they will be informed.  When a client with symptoms leaves the flat, the disinfection and cleaning procedure established by the company in charge of disinfection and the supply of disinfectants to the establishment must be followed, the cleaning staff will use a FFP2 protective mask and disposable gloves, once the cleaning is finished, they must change, wash their hands with soap and water before putting on other clean clothes,  clothing used during the process should be kept in a closed bag and washed at <60º, all linen should also be removed from the room, including curtains in closed bags, then proceed to disinfect the room and only when the process is complete and the end of the room quarantine is declared, the clean linen and curtains should be put back in place
